Terms of Use

Last updated: May 2026. By creating an account or using MzansiReady, you agree to these terms.

Important: what MzansiReady is — and what it is not

MzansiReady is a practical motor retail readiness training pathway. It is not a college, university, or registered educational institution. It is not a learnership, a government scheme, an artisan training programme, or a generic sales course. Completing MzansiReady modules does not guarantee employment, an interview, a dealership placement, or any formal qualification.

1. About MzansiReady

MzansiReady is a South African online readiness platform that helps candidates prepare for entry into the motor retail industry. The programme consists of video lessons, written learning notes, quizzes, and completion proof spread across a series of modules covering workplace readiness, customer communication, dealership understanding, and the basics of the motor retail sales process.

MzansiReady is learner-funded. Candidates pay for their own modules. Module 1 is free. Subsequent modules are purchased individually. Dealerships do not pay for access and are not billed by MzansiReady. Dealerships may refer or recommend MzansiReady to candidates, but this does not create any financial or contractual relationship between MzansiReady and any dealership.

2. What MzansiReady is not

MzansiReady is not, and does not claim to be:

  • A college, FET college, university, or higher education institution
  • A learnership or SETA-registered programme
  • A government employment scheme or grant programme
  • An artisan training or technical trades provider
  • A generic sales training course
  • A recruitment agency or employment placement service

MzansiReady completion proof records are readiness signals. They demonstrate that you have engaged with the programme content and passed the quizzes. They are not hiring criteria, and no employer or dealership is obligated to interview or employ any MzansiReady learner.

3. No employment guarantee

Completing any MzansiReady module, pathway, or completion proof does not guarantee:

  • Employment in motor retail or any other industry
  • An interview with any dealership, motor group, or employer
  • A dealership placement, trial, internship, or work experience
  • Learnership access or SETA registration

MzansiReady is a practical readiness bridge. Whether you are offered employment depends entirely on the decisions of individual employers and dealerships, and factors beyond this platform's control.

4. Payment and access

Module 1 is provided free of charge. All other modules must be purchased individually. Payments are processed by Paystack. Once a module is successfully unlocked after payment, access is permanent for your account.

Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. MzansiReady reserves the right to change pricing for future module purchases, but will not charge you again for modules you have already unlocked.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact lodershannon@gmail.com.

5. Your responsibilities as a learner

When you use MzansiReady, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal information when registering and keep it up to date
  • Keep your login credentials secure and not share your account
  • Use the platform honestly — do not share quiz answers, attempt to cheat quiz systems, or misrepresent your results
  • Not copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell any MzansiReady course content, videos, notes, or quizzes
  • Not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage MzansiReady or other learners

6. Completion records and completion proof

Completion records and proof of completion are issued based on your actual quiz performance recorded in our system. They are readiness signals only, not formal qualifications or hiring criteria. MzansiReady does not inflate or adjust scores.

Your results will not be shared with any dealership, employer, or recruiter unless you give a separate, specific written consent naming the recipient at the time you request it. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual property

All content on MzansiReady — including videos, lesson notes, quiz questions, module structure, and platform design — is owned by MzansiReady or its content creators. You may use the content for your personal learning only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or sell any part of it.

8. Platform availability

We aim to keep MzansiReady available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may need to take the platform offline for maintenance, updates, or for reasons outside our control. We are not liable for any losses or inconvenience caused by temporary unavailability.

9. Limitation of liability

MzansiReady is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by South African law, MzansiReady is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including failure to obtain employment or any other outcome.

10. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECT Act), the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
